Nightjar is a Windows desktop app that helps you answer interview questions in real time. It listens to the interviewer, and drafts answers from your resume and the job description while you talk. It's built and run from Kolkata, India, and priced in rupees for job seekers here.
How Nightjar is built
- A native desktop app for Windows 10 (version 2004 or later) and Windows 11. It works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex by listening to your computer's call audio, so there's nothing to connect.
- Your preparation stays on your PC. Your resume, job description and settings are stored only on your computer. During an interview, what's needed for an answer passes through Nightjar's server to the AI provider, Groq, and isn't stored.
- No keys to manage. You sign in with Google and the AI is included in the price.
- Trusted providers: Cloudflare runs the website and server, Supabase keeps accounts, Groq transcribes and writes answers, and Cashfree Payments handles payments. The privacy policy lists exactly what each one receives.
What we promise

- No answer, no charge. A session that ends before any answer is generated is returned to your account automatically.
- Refunds for unused credits within 7 days of purchase, as set out in the refund policy.
- Honest prices. A struck-through price is always the real regular price, and a sale countdown ends when it says it does.
