Refund and cancellation policy

Nightjar is a product of SYNCHUBB INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, which handles all payments and refunds.
What you buy
Interview credits: ₹500 for one interview, or ₹1,200 for three. One credit is one interview session of up to 2 hours. Credits don't expire. These are one-time purchases, not a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel.
Automatic returns
- If a session ends, or its time runs out, before any answer is generated, its credit is returned to your account automatically.
- If you start an interview while one is already running (for example after the app closes), the same session continues and no new credit is used.
Refunds of unused credits
You can ask for a refund of credits you haven't used within 7 days of purchase. Email divyanshu.work914214@gmail.com from your sign-in address with your order ID (shown on your payment confirmation).
Used sessions
A session that produced answers is used and isn't refundable, except where a fault on our side (for example our service being unavailable) stopped you using it; in that case we return the credit.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments, usually within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. The refunded credits are removed from your account.
